A wallet built for gamers that didn't feel like it. Generic UI, a confused brand, and no visual connection to the gaming community it served.

Solution

Complete product redesign, new brand identity, refined UX architecture, gaming-first visual language, and a scalable component system.

Outcome

A wallet that finally looks like it belongs in the gaming world. 5 core sections redesigned. A distinct identity, separate from the 99Starz parent brand.

The wallet
didn't feel
built for
gamers.

Gamefied's target audience is the Web3 gaming community. But the existing wallet โ€” still carrying the 99Starz name โ€” felt like a generic crypto product with a logo swap.

With the platform undergoing a full rebrand, the wallet needed to be redesigned from the ground up. Not reskinned. Rebuilt.

Wrong Audience Fit

The design served a generic crypto user. Gamers needed something bold, energetic, and visually alive โ€” not a fintech product wearing a gaming logo.

Brand Identity Confusion

The 99Starz name on the wallet blurred the line between parent company and product. A complete rename and rebrand to Gamefied Wallet was essential.

End-to-End Overhaul

Not a polish job. Every flow, visual, component, and identity asset needed rebuilding โ€” from functional map to shipped UI system.

STEP ONE

Functional Map

Rebuilt the information architecture from the existing flows. Mapped every section, Login, Home, Assets, NFTs, Send, Receive, Settings and improved the hierarchy before touching visuals.

STEP TWO

Wireframes

Translated the functional map into low-fidelity wireframes. Validated layout decisions and interaction patterns before committing to the visual layer or brand direction.

UI Design

Applied the new Gamefied visual identity across all 30+ screens, bold gradient header, dark foundation, Avenir type system, and a component library built to scale.
